§ 01 · The site

BrandNames publishes the blog and these pages for information. The content is provided as is and can change at any time. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, or financial advice.

§ 02 · The launch list

Joining the launch list means you might get emails about the launch, plus short updates before it. You can leave any time by writing to hello@brandnames.so. How that data's handled is covered in the privacy summary.

§ 03 · Services

The naming work described on the site isn't on sale here yet. When it opens, each engagement comes with its own separate agreement, handed to you at purchase. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding contract for those services.

§ 04 · Intellectual property

The BrandNames name, the site content, the method, and the brand database behind it belong to BrandNames and the BrandOS ecosystem. They can't be copied or reused without permission.

§ 05 · No warranties

The site comes without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. BrandNames isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the pre-launch site.

§ 06 · Changes

This is a plain-English summary for the pre-launch site. Fuller terms, checked by a lawyer, will replace it before BrandNames starts taking payments. Questions can go to hello@brandnames.so.
